What if my property needs major repairs?

We coordinate and manage them. You'll see the bids, approve the work, and get invoiced by the vendor directly. We don't mark up labor costs. We just make sure it's done right and on budget.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Yes and yes. If your portfolio grows, we adjust your plan. Need to exit? Give 60 days notice. No penalties. We'd rather keep you happy than force you to stay.

Is there a setup fee?

One-time $500 to get your property into our system. Covers the lease review, tenant intake, and vendor setup. That's it. Then your monthly plan starts the following month.
